Unprofessional conduct by Nedbank

We bought about a month ago a vehicle on a liquidation auction. We have ever since struggled to merely obtain an indication from Nedbank as to when we may expect the Natis documents. Despite numerous e-mail correspondence to a Regional Manager of Nedbank, we did not even have the courtesy of a response. The absence of the Natis documents has an adverse impact on our business. This absolute disregard to our circumstances and the failure to respond to e-mail correspondence, is unprofessional and is not expected from management of a reputable financial institution. Disappointed in Nedbank to say the very least!
