Unprofessional communication

I have been trying to resolve my account issue with Nedbank, but despite sending multiple emails, I receive no response. Instead, I only get repeated SMS notifications from their legal department. This makes it impossible to properly communicate or resolve the matter in writing. It is unacceptable that a large bank cannot provide consistent and professional communication through email or other proper channels, especially when dealing with sensitive financial issues.
