Unprofessional children running the call centre
Someone just phoned me from ***, screamed "Lelelele" in my ear, then hung up when I asked them to tell me what they wanted. I called the number, and the call came from Nedbank. Please train your staff to behave like adults. This is ridiculous and unprofessional behavior, especially from a bank.
