Unprofessional banks

I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the customer service team from nedbank is. I will no longer use this service and i Will be filing a complaint with the ombudsman as they fail to look and account for the charges they took from my bank account i am over R2000 out of pocket for transactions and charges they cannot account for. I will no longer bank with them. I am truly disappointed.
