Unprofessional

I am very angry as I'm typing this review. I opened a savings account for my daughter on the 26 of February 2020 @ protea glen mall. After receiving her card I made a deposit. To my surprise when I tried to withdraw later on the card was not working. When I checked online banking it shows pending activation. Whenever I go to the bank they are offline. Today I went again the other lady refused to help me because she did not open the card and referred me to Mudau the lady who opened my card. I told her the card is not working..instead she was angry that the lady refused to assist me n they had an altercation coz they have their own personal issues. I sat there just listening to their drama and not getting assistant. All my information and documents were on the system but I don't know why the card is not working. She said I must wait for days as she sent an email to head office. Bare in mind I've been waiting for months. I'm agry and unhappy with nedbank
