Unprofessional and rude Lehlihonolo Zach Molete

This is not a complaint about the company/Bank......Nedbank one of the better banks in South Africa, by this is about one individual that works at Nedbank.

This person does not only have the worst aditude that I have ever spoken to, but is so rude and unprofessional it's hard to believe that Nedbank allows such a person to deal with there clients.....!!!!!! And more importantly is so unbelievably arrogant....even asking him few time please do not email or correspond with me or call me and get someone else to talk to me .....he just keeps going. After telling him that I are going to report him this is the replies I got....

"Alright, noted.

We’ll wait for the complaint"

And....

"You’re more than welcome to do so."

It does not matter what the status of my account is or If I have been a client for 10 years or one day or what type off account it is ....( This is on a professional one account....one of the top accounts with Nedbank) ........to have some one call you and be rude ... unprofessional..and arrogant like he was..... What gives him the right to do so and I'm sure Nedbank will just ignore this and let it go as bad service a norm in our country
