Unprofessional and poor service

I am very unhappy with the service received at Nedbank branch festival mall on the 20 Dec 2022. The name of the consultant who was assisting me is Dudu and she kept on telling how she has to go as her time is up.

I went to the branch because my bond deducted the installment on the 15th of December 2022 however when I called call centre I was told that my account has been handed over to the collections. How is that possible because I have never missed any payment? I had available balance on my bond account and when I did not see it appearing on my App that when I called the bank to find out and only to be told I have been handed over. I will never recommend any one to use this bank and experience this kind of service.
