Unprofessional and pathetic service

I had a claim with Nedbank vehicle insurance and the claims consultant by the name of hazel makhanya was very rude and unprofessional towards me when I asked her certain questions she couldn’t answer a single question and she futher said I just go to the ombudsman office ,so am very disappointed of such a bank having unprofessional people that do event know their products,take this lady back to training cause clearly she doesn’t know what to do , I don’t have a car and she’s busy telling me about my terms and conditions,I regret insuring my car with Nedbank pathetic service 🥴🥴🥴
