Unprofessional and ***********

I have settled my account with Nedbank and requested numerous times a paid up letter and my refund every time I am told in the next 10 working days.The client service consultants clearly don't know what to they doing and constantly blames there systems truelly unprofessional and I will never ever do any business with Nedbank again !!!!!
