Unprofessional

Pathetic and unprofessional,i tried to apply for a personal loan online they kept on asking for my bank statements thousand times instead of giving me a straight answer whether it's approving or not!. I sent my documents 10 times and waited for 5 weeks only to find out that my application is declined after calling them many times to check my application status... Nedbank you suck..
