unprofessional!

I just spend an entire on the phone talking to 4 different people trying to get a prescription letter for a personal loan that has been written off on November 2020. I've been transferred twice to a number that does not exist . I have even been given the number and upon dialing the number I am told the number does not exist!. How is your customer service so unpleasant? I Need this matter to be attended to Urgently as I am now fighting with a debt review company who is telling me to request a prescription letter from Nedbank as they are the ones who has written off this debt even your legal team at SMIT SMIT attorneys told me to contact you for the prescription letter but one in the entire NEDBANK CAN HELP ME!!!! in this pandemic is is hard enough to live . now I cant even do that because debt review wont clear my name because NEDBANK won't give me a prescription letter for a written of debt which they authorized . I need a prescription letter urgently!
