Unprofessional

I been paying a home loan at Nedbank for nearly 6 years now and its being deducted from my salary and not my nedbank debit account.. Ive been receiving messages indicating im not paying the home loan which is impossible because its been going off my salary slip... They dont have a decency to call me and ask me what's happening but sending me messages and when i eventually call them using my airtime i get hunged up
