Unprofessional

What a lousy bank. Very unprofessional. I have joined a credit protection plan with Nedbank from 1st September and this month end it would have been 3 months. Before joining, I was told or my contract says there is a 3 months waiting period. Ok, no problem. I have been paying, and this morning I get an email from them that they are cancelling the contract because they have noticed that there is a lot of applications coming through. They will even refund me the money I paid them in September and October.

***, who does this? This is going against our contractual agreement.

What is your Risk Management team doing if they only see a business risk after entering into contracts with clients?
