Unpleasant service

The service I get from Nedbank is unpleasant, I've experienced the same problem twice in less than 3 months. I can't even excess my funds, I can't pay my stuff. I went to the branch two day in a row to sort out error code 122. And the app says I must go to the nearest branch and the nearest branch they t3lling me to call people who can't even answer their phones. I'm stuck in Tembisa mall branch without fuel money. Everyone at the branch went at the back , I'm left here stranded
