Unpleasant Experience at Nedbank Mega Citye

On Saturday, 13 January 2023 at around 10:30 am I visited Nedbank Mega City with my daughter who is 2years and unfortunately had an extremely disappointing experience.

The line was notably long which I understand and despite patiently waiting, my encounter with the service representative left me deeply dissatisfied.

The lady assisting that day, was sitting a cross a tall light-complexioned guy who also works there she was dark and short lady, she displayed a concerning lack of respect and lack of customer service .

The way I was spoken to was disrespectful, devoid of any values expected in customer interactions. This encounter was particularly disheartening as I have never experienced such treatment before. The way she spoke to me she was refusing to assist me even after I asked her nicely that she must assist me because I’m only free on weekends I cannot come during the week because I come out late at work.But she was extremely disrespectful. I decided to take my things and go.

I feel compelled to share this experience, as it has left a lasting negative impression. Regrettably, I've decided to use or ever go to that branch Nedbank Mega City again based on this incident. I honestly wished I reported her that day but I was so angry and fuming I decide to be the bigger person and go home

I hope that this feedback can contribute to improvements in customer service at your nedbank mega city branch. It is my belief that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy.
