Unpaid when not unpaid.

Once again, trying to get clarity on a returned debit order that was successfully collected but was rejected when I had enough. Got charged for unpaid but they got their funds. That’s interest upon interest. Went through call centre and their chat box. Got numbers that I’ve already called. Nedbank I want you to honour the debit order or I will ask ombudsman what my options are. I’ve spent a lot of minutes on the line and nothing is what you have promised. Listen to the calls I’ve made!!!
