Unpaid Nedbank cash send

I have lodged a queiry on Saturday 26/08/23 .I had an unsuccessful cash send withdrawal that i have reported instantly after to used the voeucher.On the second ATM it said the voucher has been used.I called again this morning to findo ut if the money has been send back to the sender ,the consultant advised me that no payment has been made yet. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.It is so frustrating my daughter is going to be kicked out of school after the 2nd .Pls help..
