Unpaid loan

Good day, my name is Lerato on the 01 March 2021 I have app**** for a personal loan at nedbank and it was approved, nedbank says they have paid the money into my closed account of standard bank. I went to sstandard bank to get a statement it doesn't show any funds received as the account is closed. Went to nedbank to show them the lady who was helping me send email to complaint department and asked me to call as well so that they can trace those funds, please help me to trace the funds
