UNPAID INVESTMENT BY NEDBANK

We invested close to R750 000 with Nedbank Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg. In December we gave them notice for 32 days as required by the contract. On the 4th January 2019 we submitted names and account details for all club members for them to distribute the funds. The 3 members that bank with Nedbank received their monies on the same day in the afternoon. The remaining 11 members we were told we will receive our monies in 2 -3 working days, meaning our monies should have been in our accounts on the 10th the latest. On the 10th January the monies did not reflect in our accounts, the branch told us that we must enquire from their head office. I called and spoke to the complaints manager Sicelo Thejane who promised we will get the money on Saturday but the money never came. Even today we still have not received the money and nobody seems to know what is causing the delay. We need to pay for our kids to register at schools but our funds are still sitting with Nedbank and nobody at Nedbank is giving us clearly answer as to why we are not receiving our money.
