UNPAID FIXED INVESTMENT MONEY

I have an investment that was supposed to be paid out on the 24th June 2021, but the Manager said I did something wrong there the money will be paid out today 29th June 2021, now checking again the app changed the investment fixed plan to a 32 days and apparently my money will be paid out in 32 days, that if I submit it. I have contacted them but who is busy with my case is not at work and she was supposed to call me back on the 24th of June, 5 days later I had to call back. Ref number #***6
