unpaid debitorder

On 28 July 2016 Multichoice was supposed to debit my account via debitorder for R834 plus R105 for 3 rented movies which amounts to R939 and i left enough money to cover debitorder before i transfer money iver to another account and debitorder go of after midnight on 28 July 3016 and in 29 Jul 2016 i checked account to see if debitorder went off and note they took an amount of R1009 and not the owed amount which left account R60 overdrawn and i transferred R100 immediately from credit card to cover the shortage until i can deal with Muktichoice upon my return home from holiday. Huge was my surprise when i logg into account on 30 Jul 2016 and see that Nedbank returned debitorder which was immediately rectified when noted and charge me R90 unpaid debit fee which is totally unacceptable. A debitorder is issued by 3rd party and you jeed to trust the comoany to debit correct amount and if like in this instance they took more than required amount it was out of my control. FNB normally send you a sms and email to say your account is overdrawn and you need to rectify to avoid debit order send back unpaid why can Nedbank not do the same? Third time it happen to me and i refuse to pay R90 fir something iut of my cintrol especially if this was rectified immediately when i saw it. Previously Nedbank informed me that no debitorder will go through your account if insufficient funds reflects but it seem ti me they only oractice that with nedbank debit orders fir homes loans etc and not from 3rd parties. Ince again i request Nedbank to write R90 fee back i refuse to oay it there was sufficuent funds on 28 Jul to cover debit order why inly send it back next day after it was rectified? If this is how Nedbank is doing business i will rethink my decission to bringmy wifes account over to Nedbank and stay at FNB and move all debut orders over to FNB. I am tired of this type of happenings at Nedbank. Surely there must be something to alert you that there is insufficient funds fir a debit order to be paid to allow a person to rectify. We had te same issue last year October akso with Multichoice debiting a wrong amount. Await feedback in this regard.
