UNPAID ***

I am livid with the service i am getting from Nedbank Insurance I have claim that is still not paid out for my husbands insurance who is now deceased policy number ***. I put in a claim on the 13th November and still pay out has not been done. everytime i call i am taken from pillar to post when i visit the Nedbank Branches i am not even assisted. the person who is supposedly dealing with my claim is Sthembile Nxumalo who gives me no feedback and giudance as to what she really wants i can never reach her. Last week Friday I spoke to Mandy Siziba who assured me she would call me but she never did I even gave her an alternative number. I need assistance with this ASAP I am an elderly woman I cannot be sent around for one simple claim. this is draining absolutely disgusting. Are they stalling so they can ***** the money i dont get it. I need this resolved its already been over 3 months
