Unpaid charge

I placed a notice of R250 from my investment account on the 09/03/2015 and on the 10th when I checked my balance I had R127 availabe, and then I checked my account I have an unpaid charge of R125, when I chek the debit it NEDLIFE debited me R9.90 on the 6th of the month. I WAS NEVER AWARE THAT THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT ON THE 6th of the month and this is WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I NEVER AUTHORISED NEDLIFE TO DEBIT ME ON THE 6th of the month, who gets paid on the 6th??? PLEASE REVERSE THE UNPAID CHARGE OF R125 FROM MY ACCOUNT AS IT IS NOT MY FAULT>>>
