Unpaid cash back

Horrible experience regarding my cash that I am to receive every month given me meeting the criteria. I have received my R200 rebate for almost 2 years now, all of of a sudden in September this year I didnt received it. I started calling the call center from the 25 of September to query this and still no resolution. Waste of my airtime, everything I call im given a different excuse. Im rather very disgusted because when this started they assured me it will be no hassle but this is the second time and it is annoying.
