UNORGANISED FLOW

Lol worst banking experience ever....I found it as a joke...was at the branch for card collection 2 tlmes,and adding time together amounts to over 3 hours.Seems as if they dont have systems in place for smooth operations.My loan application took almost 4 days,Iv sent payslip and bank statements,than A stamp was covering vital FICA information,resend the same documents,the same way and viola...no problem,same statements,just forwarded
