UNLOCKED.ME **** - read before you purchase anything

Nedbank UNLOCKED.ME had a PS4 with 9 games for Black Friday. As reluctant as I was to do business with this site I haven't much of, I decided to purchase it.

Payment went fine and order confirmed. 5 working days later I send them a mail as I haven't received anything from them, an agent rep**** to say wait 5-10 working days for delivery.

On the 9th day I log in to my account and see my order is still "PROCESSING", I was concerned why its not even "SHIPPED" yet so rep**** to the agent, she sent a copy paste email back to say "5-10 days", not even explaining anything else.

Today is the 11th business day and my order is still in the "PROCESSING" state. I sent them a mail and no reply. I am now convinced I have been ****med for my money.

I will be taking this matter further and canceling my Nedbank account.
