Unlock my locked account please

I accidentally locked my account via caps lock. I spent half an hour on the phone unsuccessfully trying to unlock and only succeeded in locking my card too. So I went into the branch to find that my card, which expires on 12/23 had expired! A new card was issued, fine, and my account was unlocked and I was given a sheet of instructions to get back on. But having changed passwords a few times and given a new PIN that doesn't work I have locked it again and am at the end of my tether. Is there a real way to get back onto my account on my computer as I have to pay accounts and I need to cut through all this *******.
