******** Monthly Charges

I have had my credit card with Nedbank for over four years. I recently started going through the monthly charges (cost of credit) and noticed that I am charged for 'Maintenance fee' and 'Credit card facility fee'. I was even more concern about some strange credits made by the bank. I wrote an email to the Credit Card division to enquiry as to the strange activities and I also wanted a thorough explanation as to how /why and for what are they charging for 'Maintenance fee' and Credit card facility fee'. Its been over a week and no response. In terms of the section 101 of the NCA, there is no provision for 'Maintenance fee' _ hence I think it is only fair that I get an explanation as to why in the world am I paying for things I do not understand _ 'service' is synonymous 'maintain' _ so what is being serviced and what is being maintained.
