Nedbank and American Express are bunch of umbeciles!!! I closed the American Express credit card (fullypaid up) almost 2 years ago, since becoming emploed at FNB. It was closed via a call centre call made to a call centre based in Durban.<br> <br> American Expres has been harrassing me with sms's for money that I owe them, When i called the collections department, they put me on hold for half an hour and then dropped the call.<br> <br> Now i discover by pure chance that American Express has listed me: FOR AN ACCOUNT THAT WAS PAID UP AND CLOSED!! THIS IS ********! BUT WAHT ELSE WOULD YOU EXPECT FROM NEDBANK!
