******** debit

24 November 2014 there was a deduction of R11,103.10 and now on the 30 October 2015 there was another deduction of R5,935.00 of which when I queried same no one was able to advise why my account was debited & upon numerous enquiries I was advised that I was handed over without any prior communication nor receipt of any Section 129 (letter of demand). I had notified Nedbank that I am unemployed and they informed me that i could not claim through my unemployment insurance (credit life) as I was not aware I had this type of policy, this was before I received a payout from SARS and in November 2014 where there was more than sufficient funds to settle my debt. To date I have not received any form of communication & require urgent assistance to be refunded the recent deduction and would like to make a repayment arrangement if possible.
