Unknown transactions on my bank statement

During March/April I had 5 strange debits on my personal bank statement. 2 for Ackermans in Germiston, 1 for Amakhosi Lodge and 2 for Value Car rental. I went into a panic and immediately cancelled my debit card. I checked all my card transactions and it seems 1 had a slip for Builders Warehouse for the exact same amount as the Amakhosi Lodge debit. I had 2 slips for Wierda Park Spar for the exact same amounts of the Ackermans debits. I had no slips for the car rental amounts of R518.38 and R150.00. I went into the Reds Mall branch on Sat 25th April and they promised an investigation. I have heard nothing in this time and have not been offered a reason for any of these strange transactions.
