Unknown transactions

I'd like to express that nedbank can be very disgusting and the level of incompetence when you call them is unbelievable, on 21/09/2020 they took two amounts of R185,00 on my account and when i called about this, at first they told me i was wrongfully charged and they were gonna refund me, that didn't happen obviously and i called again after i got they charged me for something called honorary fee.

The reason there was no more money on my account is simply because of the two transactions that took place on my account, "additional card and maintenance fees", for a card that I've never even app**** for. This bank is really shady and frustrating.
