Unknown suspicious charges , for what !!!

Would really like to know why I got charged R49 ex Vat for an additional card on my credit card !!!!

What additional card. I have been overseas for a year working. I have used my minimally and now I see a slew of charges on the 18th September 2020. Some have been reversed ... but I still paid for an additional card I know nothing about .

2 things reverse the charge and please inform me where the additional card is !!
