Unknown maintenance charges

I have recently called in several times to have a matter resolved of the bank taking maintenance fee`s off my account.

This over and above my standard monthly fee and worse off TWICE.

The call agents don`t call me back as promised and the refund has not happened as promised.

To date nobody can explain what the fee is for either.

I have my Bond, Car, Cards and Investment account with you and I am more than happy to close them all and move my affairs to another bank.
