UNKNOWN DEDUCTIONS WITH NO RESPONSE

There is no service , emails read but no response. Call centre no response in 20min. Deducting " Maintenance Fee" from accounts. People must check their accounts as this was deducted at the end of November on many accounts. Trying to contact them, they just don't respond.
