Unknown Debit Orders and no Help

As a Nedbank Client i dont Feel that my Money is safe. I have 2 Mystery Debit Orders that i tried to get cancelled only to be fobbed off to the Call Centre of which they did not show any patience in Explaining to me what could be done to resolve the issue. I did Manage to Reverse these mystery debit Orders however I still fear that these will be Debited again come Pay Day.
