unknown debit order on my Capitec account

on the 19th May around 6pm my aunt sent an amount of R3600.00 o my capitec account which I only use to save money on the account.to my suprise an amount of R2643.41 was debitted from my capitec account by Nedbank for a personal loan.I did not make any arrangements with Nedbank to debit any amounts from my capitec account because I use Standard bank account for my salaries and monthly payments.I only have one arrangement with NEDBANK in relation to the personal loan that I have with them, and of which I have paid them on the 13th May 2016 an amount of R2000.00 and sent the proof of payment to a lady called Lezelle Plaatjies. Now what I want to know from NEDBANK is what is the R2643.41 that they debitted from an account that I rarely use??Do they want me to move from bank to bank doing savings accounts because they are busy authorising debit orders that I know nothing of? What do tey say about the inconvenience they are causing me because the money is for my aunt's stock that is needed today? I am very ****ed of right now at this bank. Why agree toi an arrangement knowing very well you will start getting into all my bank accounts and just take my money as you please not even knowing what the money I receive is for?? This is highly unacceptable. Now we will start being scared of getting into any type of contracts with banks because of these kind of acts they make upon their own clients....I am very angrey and very ****ed of,I STRONGLY WANT TO STYRESS THAT FACT.You dont care as long as you are able to take money as you please its ok with you.
