Unknown debit

This bank is really a nightmare I promise. Today I woke up with a debit of R955.66 from purchasing at Woolworth on the 15 September. The disappointment is that I never been to Woolworth on that day. When I request reversal they are saying the process is under investigation for May payment to the Woolworth shop. Yooooh they are crazy this is the 3rd time they getting into my account and changing me for unpaid transactions
