Unknown credit enquiry

This is wrong i don't even bank with Nedbank but on my clear score i see a credit enquiry was made by Nedbank ,why was there a credit enquiry from Nedbank i did not apply for any kind of loan from them and this has affected my credit profile. I want this be resolved immediately
