Unknown charges charged on my credit card
Good day,
I am Sai Kiran Nalla and Nedbank credit card holder and Nedbank charged me unknown charges which is called cross border charges on my credit card which is not even aware of it. I am only looking at the credit card statement now and realized. Please look into this as a matter of urgency before I circulate this on social media. I had a very good impression on Ned bank. This was not expected.

17 Aug 2017, 13:31I am still waiting for this query of mine to be resolved. Now you see how long Nedbank is taking to resolved this issue. This really frustrates as my statement due date is sooner and I want this to be resolved before the due date to avoid unnecessary interest charges again.
