UNKNOWN BENEFICIARY ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT

I transferred funds from my Nedbank Cheque account to my Capitec Account ( not the first time). I only realized on the 3rd day when I don't receive my funds, I contacted Nedbank and I was told that the money was transferred to Nedbank account that i'm not fami**** with. I found out that my Capitec account number was changed from Capitec number to the unknown Nedbank account number, but the Beneficiary remained the same. My Capitec account is no longer there under my beneficiaries. The bank official advised me to fill Recall form of which I did and no response so far.

My question is who loaded that account number and when, because I load all my beneficiaries I never asked anyone to load fo me including the bank. I just started to get my salary from Nedbank account for the period of 2 months and strange things are happening. I would like Nedbank to investigate this matter. Interestingly, the person whose account number is loaded under my beneficiary is not staying far from the branch I'm using. But why, if we don't trust the banks who do we trust, where to keep our monies?????

People of SA please be careful when you are doing transfers, make sure the account number is still the same, don't be blinded by seeing the correct beneficiary name.
