UNJUST RETURN OF DEBIT ORDER!

I am totally disgusted at the handling of Nedbank on my current account. I had an overdrawn account of about R293.00 of which they made a big racket! Forget the millions others go overdrawn!. They still charge me R3.82 interest. I am ashamed! I agreed to clear the account by month end 31/01/2015 which was done with a deposit of R2500.00 on the same day. Yet in the interim a debit went off for MTN of R99.00 just a few hours before. Would you believe these idiots debited my account with R90.00? They are so lousy they even returned the R99.00 debit. It is clients like us whom they rob to earn fat healthy salaries. If I was a white man the debit would have gone through. No questions asked! I want the R90.00 and the R3.82 reversed and the debit of R99.00 be paid over to MTN. A few hours! No wonder these people live in glass houses by robbing the poor.
