UNIT TRUST THE WORST SERVICE EVER INVESTMENT

<p>Please assit , I have made the withdrawal of my unit trust on 01 October 2016, when Nedbank refunded my credit they pull the statement until 03OCTBER 2016. I have signed and closed off my account on the 01 october 2016.What i need form Nedbank is to refund my total credit as closes of 01 October 2016.I had such the worst bad service in the invsetment, first i request the investment without the risk, after 2months when i get the statement the Financial Advisor only stated that there is low risk, and i expalined clearly that i dont want any invest ment that has a risk, because im fine with the invest i had, he said there was no risk, .now second attempt that i close my investment on the 01st and he didnt say anything about the dates, so if nEDBANK STAFF are not well trained and have LESS good product knowlegde of THEIR financial service, that shouldnt affect me as the client, What i am asking for is the statement to be pulled as in 01 OCTBER 2016.wHICH IT WAS ON THE DAY THAT I SIGNED FOR MY CREDIT,Nedbank needs to fix their problems internal without the cost of clients.</p>
