I believe you have been promoted. This surprises me as the most e-mails in my inbox from your e-mail address is automated responses telling us you are unavailable. We have been trying to move our businesses across to Nedbank from FNB and Standard Bank for months now, but trying to navigate this to this point can only be compared to giving birth to a watermelon.

On the lengthy process of getting the overdraft in place we have jumped through every hoop you have given us, just to receive eventual responses from you with more hoops.

It is undeniable that you are either uninterested, unwilling, or overwhelmed to try and put this matter to put this matter to bed.

You have answered most of your own questions, and it is clear on our financials in a tough economic climate for a white owned BEE Level 4 company, having very little opportunities that we didn’t only survive in South Africa, but we invested our money back in the business, growing it with self-generated funds to a point where we expanded in a brand that could be trusted by international brands like Shoprite, Netcare, Imperial Logistics and the list continues. We are signing clients weekly such as NICD, UCT etc, not because we are fly by nights, but because of our reputable reputation. Just to mention, we only employ people from disadvantaged communities, who you have met at our offices, developing them, paying them way above average so they too can live better lives.

Your response to this is every business owner feels their business is worth more than it is…well yes, we haven’t placed 7 days a week, 18 hour days without rest for 5 years into this to connect no feelings to it.

Something you may or may not have learned, time is money Nadeem and currently, your lack of interest in resolving our issue is holding multiple transactions back with one of your bigger clients, IMAHSA.

We are clearly not bankrupt…but building without the luxury of investors, like most SME`s in SA.

I don’t want a response from you, but from someone senior, who wants to assist, open minded, looking for a solution, not another excuse.
