Uninformed consultants

So frustrated with Nedbank,you can't even get through to their vehicle insurance department, I just needed a simple this an insurance quote for comprehensive insurance not to be provided with numbers that are not working or being transfered to a dead line. I am so done with them, if I can't get through to them now what more when I am involved in an accident and need assistance. Pathetic service!
