UNHELPFUL CHAT AGENTS

I am trying to create a zero monthly fee nedbank account, then I am trying to log in but my old cell number pops up for the APPROVE IT!!!!! i want to invest but Nedbank is so unhelpful! I spoke to 3 agents in the past hour! 1st one called me back, was good, 2nd one I got disconnected and 3rd on, Ntuthuzeko asked me to call their number when I asked to kindly call me to assist. Now I know why I closed my account in the first place!!!!!
