UNHELFUL AND NOT INTERESTED

I pay for Greenbacks and discovered suddenly I can't do anything with the points as they no long transfer them to the American Express Cash Card I was given. I have STRUGGLED TO FIND OUT WHAT TO DO WITH THEM OTHER THAN BUY JUNK FROM AVO. Asked my business banker who really didn't have a clue and sent a comment do it on the APP! Sent an email complaint to Nedbank help line and received a nonsensical reply from a computer, tried what the computer suggested AND BELIEVE YOU ME WAS OF NO HELP AT ALL. so I called the Help Desk which was also OF NO HELP AT ALL, as after speaking to three 'people' who also just as stupid as me and totally UNHELPFUL actually just wasted my time. SO TO DATE I HAVE ACHIEVE NOTHING OTHER THAN AS IT APPEARS I AM PAYING AND RECEIVING NOTHING IN RETURN IF I DON'T BUY FROM AVO which includes a Solar System AND that gets punted daily. I CANNOT SET UP A MYPOCKET ACCOUNT, AND NEITHER CAN THESE NEDBANK PAID STAFF to ASSIST ME AS THEY ALSO DON'T KNOW HOW. THE LAST ONE ACTUALLY CUT THE CALL AS SHE DIDN'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT I WAS REFERRING TO, amazing! REALLY NEDBANK IS THIS THE SERVICE LEVEL YOU HAVE BEEN REDUCED TOO. IS IT CALLED UNHELPFUL OR JUST NOT INTERESTED.
