Unhelful and a waste of time

I tried drawing money for my father with his sassa card at a nedbank atm as he is on dissability and struggles to walk and the whole atm froze so i couldnt cancel or retrieve the card i phoned nedbank they said the cant help me as it is not a nedbank card they didnt even ask the machines number or couldnt even put me through to anyone that could assist me or see on their side what the problem is so now no one can use that machine all i was told i have to phone sassa that does not have a emergency number i have been a client of nedbank for many years i will be cancelling all my accounts with nedbank
