Unhappy with service

For the past 2 weeks or so we trying to open a business bank account we where told to go into a branch. We get there we told the person who's supposed to help us had an appointment and had to leave. In the week we cant go to the bank can we get assistance online or telephonically as this account has been activated we need access to the banking app.
