Unhappy with Nedbank

I have been trying to clear my name from Debt Review after paying the nedbank Credit card in full last March 2023. The painful part is that I was transferred to Private Banking without my knowledge or being informed about my Banker. Branches cannot assist with the matter. This issue has affected my Credit heavily since my profile appears as if I am a bad payer
